About us

We started our journey in the year 2008 with our first project of building construction and execution of Interior work of Residential as well a commercial buildings in our hometown at Hisar.

When there were a biggest downfall in Real Estate Business during the year 2008, We took it as a challenge and started our work . Our birth in toughest times helped us in two ways – First we had to be very careful about the quality along with delivering the projects in desired timelines and Second, We had to have very strong values and culture to attract and retain top-notch talent.

We started with designing and execution of civil as well as interior work of company and franchise retail outlets. Additionally, We designed Furniture and Fixture of various apparels brands. Within a span of few years, We got a chance to work with many leading brands such as BIBA, RANGRITI JACK & JONES, VEROMODA, ONLY, PETER ENGLAND, MADAME, CANTABIL etc.

This gave us a very good experience of ambience of retail showrooms viz. how these are designed and developed with ultimate goal of giving good feeling to Customers.

We are presently having more than 25 retail showrooms in the name of our sister concern “SPN GROUPS” in which Interior work has also been carried out by our company “NIRMAN BUILDERS & ASSOCIATES”.
